Lambswool
Footcare Lambswool is
very fine Australian Merino wool. The wool is cleaned
after shearing, combed and then carded into a rope. This rope is
sold as Footcare Lambswool. Down-Under Wool only uses the finest
wool- about 18-20 microns, for this product. This SuperWash wool can be
used over and over again; being machine washable.
Footcare Lambswool
is used to wrap toes to reduce
pressure on corns and foot injuries. This soft, washable lambswool rope
is also used to pack ballet shoes.
To separate closely overlapping toes, wind
them in lambswool. Be advised that lambswool may shrink and therefore,
it is recommended that you place a pencil beside the toe and wrap the
lambswool around both the toe and pencil. When you remove the pencil,
the toe is bound loosely enough to allow for shrinkage.
